This is one of the many ways to download from most of the Streaming sites like youtube, google, tudou, veoh, etc. First of all, you need to have Firefox (http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ )browser. Now all you need to have in download and install this downloadhelper extension .After you install this extension restart your Firefox and you will see a DownloadHelper ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006 ) icon next to the address bar.
Now if you browse some streaming videos sites whenever there is a video files in the page your downloadhelper will be active and if you click on it you will see the direct links to that videos. You can just click on it and you will be able to download that file. If you want to copy that direct link and put it in some download manager, you can do that by pressing the Ctrl button and click on the link and paste it in your download manager.
